Representative Porter moved and asked unanimous consent that the               
Judiciary Committee referral on the following be waived:                       
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 148                                                            
"An Act exempting the University of Alaska from the                           
administrative adjudication provisions of the Administrative

Representative Finkelstein objected and withdrew the objection.  There         
being no further objection, the Speaker waived the Judiciary
